The best care for your family.

Our Community Partners
At Parkland Community Health Plan, when we think of healthcare it extends far beyond visits to physician offices. We look at the member and their entire lifestyle to find ways to help each person along in their wellness journey. In doing so, we strive to partner with local organizations to help create a holistic wellness experience for our members. Learn more about how to partner with us.
Do I Qualify?
Parkland Community Health Plan offers services through “managed care,” where members choose a health plan and its network of doctors. View the state qualifications and who can apply for Medicaid and CHIP services.
