Parkland HEALTHfirst is a plan that makes it easier for you to get good medical care. With Parkland HEALTHfirst, you will get all the Medicaid benefits you now have - plus more.

You will also be able to pick a doctor or clinic from a list of doctors and clinics in your community. The doctor or clinic you pick will be your Parkland HEALTHfirst Primary Care Provider (PCP) and will help take care of all your healthcare needs. In addition to PCP's in the community, Parkland Community Oriented Primary Care Centers (COPC) located in many different locations in Dallas County are also available. These clinics are designed to serve your health care needs.

Eligibility: Children and adults who meet certain income and assets requirements

Premium: Children who qualify for Medicaid most care at no cost to their family.
